For Out of School Youth 18-21 who have a high school diploma or GED

- Opportunity for Occupational training
For Young Parent Program for out of school pregnant and parenting teens 14-20

- Job training
- Job Search assistance
In-school Programs:
Career Opportunities operates:
Three in-school programs on the Cape where each student is assigned a case manager to assist them in earning their high school diploma:
- Barnstable High School (all of the students are part of the Alternative Learning Program )
- Upper Cape Regional Technical High School
- Cape Cod Regional Technical High School
Cape & Islands Youth Community Development Council, In School Youth 14-21

The council is comprised of at risk youth from Career Opportunities' in-school programs as well as those who have chosen to stay on after graduating from high school. Skills developed as a result of participating in this program include:
- leadership skills
- analytical thinking skills
- self-confidence

Eligible Veterans may qualify for priority of service for Federal employment and training funds, provided they meet the eligibility criteria of the program to which they are applying. Covered persons include Veterans and certain spouses of Veterans.
